Before you go
To get to Mustique you need to fly to ST LUCIA although there is also a weekend service from Barbados. British Airways and Virgin both have regular direct services. Most flights arrive in the early afternoon and you will need to book a connection through to Mustique. There is a daily scheduled service or if you are a party of 4 or more it might be easier to charter your own plane. To arrange the connection flights, you should email Antoinette at the Mustique Company (email@example.com).
There is also a departure tax when leaving the island of Mustique.
The currency on the island of mustique is Eastern Caribbean dollars (EC$) With a value of approximately EC$ 2.60 / US $1.00.
Currency exchange and cash withdrawals may be made at the Mustique Company office.

What you will need to bring
Drivers will need a current St. Vincent & the Grenadines driving permit, which is available prior to travel through Villa Services, or on arrival from Immigration at the airport at the cost of $40 US and $100 EC each.
For this you will need to bring a current driving license.
There are mosquitoes around the island so we recommend you bring mosquito spray, and anti itch! Antihistamine tablets.
And for any activities you’ll need to bring a Snorkell, Fippers, Tennis racquet, Walking shoes,
Beach towels are provided in the house.
Dress is always casual and you will rarely if ever need to wear a sweater and certainly not a jacket.
Geting around the island
Aurora house has two vehicals for your use a jeep and a mule
so you will need to bring your driving licence,
as you will have to purchase a Mustique Driving Licence on arrival
at the airport – this licence will cost you about US$35.
You should ensure that you include in your hand baggage overnight things and swimwear just in case your luggage gets delayed at St Lucia airport. Don’t worry, it will usually follow you to Mustique the next day.
Once you arrive at St Lucia, follow everyone into the arrivals building. Here you will see someone holding your name on a board. There is no need to go through immigration at St Lucia, you are 'in transit' and this is what you should write on the white form that you will be asked to fill in before landing. Staff will look after you and help find your luggage and take you to the small plane. The flight is 20 minutes long and you should try and sit on the right hand side of the plane to enjoy views of St Vincent and Bequia .Mustique airport is tiny. Dwayne, the butler, will be waiting for you and once you have cleared immigration and arranged driving licences, he will take you up to the house. If for any reason, nobody is there, dial the house on 8890/8893.

Ahead of you trip you can book Wine and Sprits which will be waiting for you at the house . Worth looking at the website and then liaising with the butler Dwayne ( www.gonsalvesliquors.com , email@example.com ). The Chef Tyrone will arrange food for when you arrive and then you can discuss your requirements for the rest of your trip when you arrive .
